Even now, this corrupt Judge rules from behind the scene to protect his cronies from the just legal, moral, ethical, professional, and Constitutional actions of their deeds. He works to keep the truth from coming to the full knowledge of a jury and to keep his closet door tightly closed on the skeletons of skullduggery hidden therein.
In Case # 3:CV-83-0000719, Durrstein v Wettlaunter, et al (actually Wetlauffer) in the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio, Judge Rice clearly proves his allegiance to his cronies is greater than his respect for his Oath of Office, the Law, or the United States Constitution. Further, so great is this Federal Judge's corrupt influence that he could even enlist the aid of the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in violating procedure and the Constitution in aiding and abetting Judge Rice in protecting his cronies from the just legal, professional, and constitutional consequences of their actions.
Now, his underlings refuse to allow into the record of Case # C-3 00---140 the record of his previous activities. What is served if he is righteous? Only the proof that he was righteous. However, if he was clearly corrupt, the record would prove not only his corruption, but also his documented ability to corrupt even the US Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals!
